I was working for DoorDash and came in to pick up an order. The owners were so sweet and inspirationally positive. They wished me the best of luck making money for the day, had the food ready when I got there, and treated me to a bag of donut holes (which were delicious!). Such kindness. The person I delivered the food to, I told her and she said all of her dashers told her that this place is wonderful. I can see why. Will be back for some boba shortly.

Excellent donuts, fresh and delicious. More importantly, the man working the shop, whom I believe was the owner, was as friendly as can be. I went in Easter morning, and he gave the man in front of me a bunch of free donut holes because he had given up sweets until Easter. Then when it was my turn, he said, "Happy Easter!" and tossed about a dozen free donut holes in my box. It was also my daughter's birthday, which I told him, and he said, "Don't go anywhere!" and threw in amother bag of free donut holes! The guy takes pride in his business and treats his customers right. We'll absolutely be back!

Not only the BEST donuts Iv ever had but the customer service is amazing! I walked in with my husband and my son (he’s 2) who was crying. I want to say it was the owner but I am not to sure anyway, he gave my son some donut holes and proceeded to try and get him to stop crying. After a few minutes of trying my son was really content with his donut holes and smiling lol I absolutely loved the way he went out of his way to get a smile on my son’s face! Very much appreciated! This is now my go to donut place every Sunday!

I just love this place! The owner Phan is the best! I called at 6 am to see if they could put a large order together of breakfast sandwiches and cut them all in half in individual bags and have it ready in 30 minutes and he did it! So accommodating and such a kind spirit. If you are in the coachella valley you must stop in for the best breakfast sandwiches and of course delish donuts AND the best service!! 10/10 recommend!

We were in the mood for donuts one day and stumbled upon this establishment and it absolutely knocked our socks off. The man behind the counter was the kindest, most jolly, and welcoming dude. We talked about the visit to the donut shop as the highlight of our trip.We are back again and of course visited once again and were still in awe of how we left with smiles on our faces, donuts in hand, and our days absolutely made just due to the pure joyous vibes.If you’re having a bad day, all you need to do is visit Vienna’s and I promise you will have a permanent smile.10 out of 10 would move my entire life out here just to have Vienna’s whenever I want.Place has the utmost rizz for real.
