Best coffee shop in this part of town

Chill little spot that was in the area we were staying. Reasonably priced drinks and good walking distance to other restaurants and bars. Not pretentious at all, kinda The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Really good coffee and the jalapeno cheese bagel is the best bagel in the world. Me and my wife were on vacation and absolutely love this chain. You can eat them in the chilled out westfield mall, not a bad way to start the day.

Love their tea lattes! Always good customer service. Been going to this location since it opened.

Love this Coffee Bean, been coming here since 2005. They used to get me Christmas Cards I came in so much, knew my drink and just how I liked it.

The flavor of cbtl vs Starbucks is far superior. Just wish they had more location's. I feel like they have been closing vs opening

The manager here, Zenaida, is the literal worst I've ever seen. She's perfectly friendly towards customers and then she turns around and harasses, belittles and intimidates her employees. She demands explanations when they have to call out for emergencies (in violation of California law), trains them with outdated materials, and yells at them in front of customers, as I witnessed. No one who works here is happy under her direction and this location would be much better served by removing her from her post. The other employees are friendly, welcoming and exceptional at their jobs. It's just a pity they're so thoroughly mismanaged.

Coffee is good and the price is fair. The Almond croissant did not disappoint
