Went to get my birthday scoop and they would not even give it to me because i don’t have anything on my rewards can you believe this and i spent a lot and they act like they own a scoop . He look at me like he didn’t believe it’s my birthday. Sad. Not even a happy birthday but it’s ok hopefully this review someone will think twice of going there to the location. 😢

This Baskin-Robbins has been our go to 45+ years for convenient kids ice cream cakes. As of April 2025 the price is $55 for a 9 inch unicorn ice cream cake that serves 12 to 16 people. Last time we ordered, we put a special note and they were able to accommodate the icing color. When I went to pick it up, the store worker was super friendly and even offered me samples.

Baskin Robbins is a mid-ish ice cream shop that I’ve visited about once every three months. Although they have some good flavors, they lack the amount of good flavors such as sherberts compared to other ice cream shops. The service experience is uniquely consistent as you’ll always find a teenager who looks simultaneously bored and terrified when you ask to sample more than 2 flavors. The pink spoon sampling system is arguably their great contribution; it's like a tiny plastic shovel for your taste-excavation journey, though requesting your 8th sample does earn you judgmental looks from everyone around you. Overall, I give this restaurant 4 out of 5 stars based on its ice cream, service, and atmosphere.

I been coming 2 yr around about nov there was this pretty girl helping people, she very friendly and fast paced and did not complain at all she greed me and gave me best service. Hispanic girl. I've been coming to this one for years. Ice cream must be kept at just the right temperature. Never had any ice in my ice cream.
Paid for a large scoop. Scoop was extremely small. Also, at first I was told there was recess ice cream and then they said that it's "out of stock" I am sticking to rite aide for ice cream.

This location is awesome. Me and my mom went for a late-night treat. Excellent customer service. They packed our ice cream to the top, no gaps and I like how they wrote the flavors of our ice creams on each container. I will only go to this location from now on.
