This location was actually pretty good. Can't say that for all of their locations of this chain. They serve authentic Taiwanese food at affordable prices. Atmosphere is like old Taiwanese classroom and service was ok. They have a very good oyster omlet (hard to find in socal) and the popcorn chicken was decent (can't beat Taiwan steer vendors tho 😂). Would go again

I ordered the mild popcorn chicken and my mouth is on fire. The sauce is some weird syrupy sauce, it's not the pink tangy sauce every other place that serves popcorn chicken has. I also ordered the Class 302 milk tea, half sweet. It's like drinking creamer, you cannot taste the tea. Do not recommend.

Was very surprised about the quality of the food and shaved ice. I think the rating for this place should be higher. The pork chop had such a good flavor I couldn't believe it. And the shaved ice was so good. I'll definitely be coming back, this place is a gem forsure. The service was very good as well, when you press the button at the table they arrive in what seems like one millisecond.

Fantastic restaurant! The old-school Taiwanese classroom aesthetic is super cool, and the food is generally pretty good and authentic - impressive for a restaurant with such a large menu. My only complaint is that jasmine rice is used in lieu of short-grain rice for all the rice dishes, which detracta from the overall experience. (Obviously, jasmine rice for fried rice is fine.) Service was slow, but the cafe was pretty busy, so that's to be expected. Definitely a great place for a cool Taiwanese experience!

I bought four items today, including an oyster omelet and large intestine vermicelli. The oyster omelet was overcooked until the oysters and Taiwanese bok choy were burnt black; it looked terrible... The large intestine vermicelli turned out to be Yunnan-style cross-bridge vermicelli! Disgusting. I ordered Taiwanese-style large intestine vermicelli, but it turned out to be thick, white vermicelli. So annoying!

There is so much good food, I'm gonna have to come back a few times. I wish I lived closer to this place, but it's better than what I remember from the Irvine or Rowland Heights locations. The service is a lot better, too, even though it's been several years since I've been to the other locations. I hope this one doesn't close like the Rowland Heights one. If you're feeling nostalgic for Taiwanese food, or just want to try it, this place is fantastic.

Please do not use your credit card here. They have an employee stealing credit cards numbers and then charging items. I used my credit card here, only place, the charges of airline came up. I was not sure who did it at this place so I didn't report it, but now my daughter went to but a tea, and only place she used her card, they tried ordering Walmart 400 dollars, they have a problem!! Pay cash!! Be careful, I believe it's one of the females!!! Both times it was females working. Left message on answering machine for call from owner, otherwise I think I will be filling police report. I am not confused! Please look into your employees. I am now certain one of the females is stealing credit card information. I am only telling people to pay cash. What is the probability that we both went to same place only used credit card at this place and someone tried to charge unauthorized charges. You have a problem instead of arguing with me, look into your employees. I'm sure other people have gone through the same, but haven't figured out it's this place where credit card was compromised. 2 days still waiting on call back. They must know problem. It's been 4 days no call back. I left message on June 23rd.

Shaved snow was good. Do wish they would keep their menus a bit cleaner, as it had a bit of a smell. Wished there was more retro Taiwan decor there, as I have seen at the other Class 302s. The big boba containers, I wished had a car friendly version because they don’t fit most cup holders. Service was good.
