Be careful what you buy here. Guy on the grill does not Know what he is doing! Pork bbq is uncooked. Even the milkfish he was putting on the tray was uncooked

i swear i will never be eating here ever again..what a disappointment first filipino place that is so DISGUSTING..im talking about their food so nasty..ive given this place many chances definitely not ur typical pinoy food.. seems like they dont care about the quality of their food...

I am giving a 4 star rating,not for the service,but for the best HALO HALO that I have tasted in years. I was on the hunt for the best HALO HALO & I finally found it. I brought me back to my childhood when I 1st tasted it.It was amazing and I've been coming here ever since. I was a little disappointed with the service though,the 1st time I came here.The lady employee was literally on FaceTime,walking around,while she was making the Halo Halo.But,that will not discourage me from coming back & getting my halo halo fix.

It's a shame.. food is not good! Employees are all over the place and just kept talking to other people while servicing you, food is cold already by the time you get them. Chicken sisig -- nasty! Tortang talong - no taste. We came here to get streets food but they don't have that anymore.

This place is expensive & not worth the price in my opinion. $13 for a 2 choice combo. Longanisa was one of my choices & they only gave 2 pieces of Longanisa. The other choice was Tocino which was put in a separate container. Will not be going back here again. It was an extra $8+tax for another 2 pieces if we wanted more Longanisa.

Sooo...the food is always great. You never go wrong with getting something from Grill City. The prices have increased, but what has not, right? However, I would like to see the service being more friendlier. As a business owner myself, I look for these things. A kind word; and a smile goes a long way.

I don't know how this place is still open. How can we take pride in our Filipino culture with these types of establishments that give our food culture a bad reputation? Spoiled pancit, undercooked and weird tasting bbq, overpriced, and just straight up terrible. I'm ashamed to have any type of Pinoy affiliation with this joint. Do yourself a favor and hit up BTR in Long Beach, pinoy pinay in Artesia, or kainan sa kanto instead of this place. I apologize to everyone who isn't Filipino and had a bad experience at this place. Please give Filipino food another chance by trying it elsewhere.

The pork bbq was hard and uncooked. Order of a medium size container for $17.99 was overpriced. I would rather go to all you can eat buffet for $20.00

Im being honest here. This place is NOT worth the buck. The service was terrible. You can see other people's reviews below mine and its kinda clear as day that there was no improvement whatsoever. The staff was rude, especially at the cashier- she was quite disrespectful and gave a bad attitude. By the way, their BOGO offers and specials that go with Seafood city purchases are poorly planned and overpriced regardless of being a "deal". They have the worst line control also because people cut as pleased. So in short to save your time and money, I'm telling you now-this place is a mess. Never coming back here again.
