Me and other costumer ordering and asking about menus, and if there’s still promo but Remedios Cristoval gave a face look attitude and said “You go to island pacific , you can find a promo there. What kind of costumer service is that? So instead of I want to buy more I just bought one entry since she’s sending costumers to island pacific 😌
I ordered 1 combo and ala carte 2 chicken barbq. I came home but there's no chicken barbq in the bag but I was charged. I called 2 numbers (supermarket and grill city) multiple times but no one pick up. Also, the buko pandan is bought is spoiled, tasted sour. The label says expiration date is 11/5/25 (today is 11/4). I should have known. My fault I didnt look at the expiration date but beware! I might report them for Department of health and food Safety.
When I ordered, both the menu and the cashier told me the half Baugus Ini-Wow value meal was $13.99. But at checkout I was charged $17.55. I questioned it, and she brushed it off as “tax.” After paying, I saw on the receipt that $13.99 had been changed to $15.99. check my attached photos.
No wonder she was tapping the screen for so long—she manually changed the price!
