I had a great experience at Jamba Juice thanks to Cass and Ana! I ordered a protein smoothie without realizing it had banana in it. I'm allergic, so this was a big issue for me. When I approached them to see if there was any way to fix my mistake, they were incredibly understanding and helpful. They provided a solution that not only resolved the problem but also made my day even better. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you so much, Ana...

The server who took my order got my name wrong which had my drinks sitting for minutes. I asked and was charged for my extras but did not receive what i paid for. As disappointing as this experience was i still love the place
