Do not order from this place. There is some fraudulent activity either with the app or employees. I placed order on mobile app, and when my order was significantly delayed, I called to check. I was informed my pizza was delivered to a completely unknown address because I had called to change the address! The manager refused to fulfill my order or provide me with a credit/refund. I was rudely informed that I had to deal with corporate number. Extremely concerned at security of the app, and the security measures in place to modify orders. Why would I call in to change an address if I made the decision to use mobile app for my order to begin with?? Nor was I ever notified of the change, zero notification to confirm. Additionally, I have a history of ordering via mobile app, and have zero history of ever having any issues. Rather than giving the customer the benefit of the doubt that this was some sort of fraud, I was completely dismissed by the store. Be careful when ordering from this store, and the app. Something fishy happening. I did file a formal complain, and requesting a call. Will update once I here from them. Luckily, Corp agreed to refund the charges, but the concern with the safety of the app and unacceptable customer service is still pending. Unbelievable!UPDATE (5 days later): I wrote and email to [email protected] and have yet to hear back from anyone. I just emailed them a follow up email today requesting a response. I will if and when they contact me. Additionally, they still charged my CC contrary to corporate telling they were not. Luckily, as an Amex customer, I am able to dispute.

They automatically add a Service Fee to your order even for pickup. WTF the dummy worker said they do this so they don't have to raise the prices..LAIR LAIR The prices did go up and on the website it says because the cost to do business in Cali is so expensive..then LEAVENEVER GOING BACK..Pappa John's is now my favorite

Website isn't user friendly. Called in the order for take out. Place could have been cleaner & they forgot an order of breadsticks. The girls crave their stuffed crust. So I'll be keeping my fingers crossed to see if the take the "credit" they say they added to my number on file.

Today I ordered from this location hoping to get a better pizza then the Pizza Hut by my house. Nope. I got the same crappy pizza. I ordered the original style pizza and was given the hand tossed pan style, not what I ordered but was told they are the same. Then they told me I will make you another pizza for more $$ how are you going to charge people for more pizza when you didn't give the customer what they ordered in the first place. Shame on Pizza Hut, this is the second time that this has happened at different locations. Poor customer service skills on the manager telling the customer they are wrong. I would give 0 stars but it's not available

If I could hive ZERO I would. Called and ordered pizza and the girl that took my order barely spoke English. I had to repeat my order 3times and she still got my order wrong not to mention I repeated my name multiple times she got that wrong too. Picked up my pizzas and got home BOTH we're wrong and under COOKED. This place has gone to SH:[ with the turnover of employees and the manager could care less!

Ordered food and option for delivery we chose was contactless. The delivery woman put our order on our table beside the door then proceeded to ring our doorbell while our protective dog was barking hysterically. I know, not her problem, but if you provide the option of contactless please adhere to that. Thought it was just her letting us know our food was here the first ring but she didn't leave and rang our door bell again. We thought it was something important but she just wanted to hand our receipt.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 18 hot wings. I'm still in shock!!!! $75 bucks. I asked for crushed pepper and they wanted me to buy it . Never again. Pizza wasn't even that tasty. Wings were pretty good, but not worth the amount. Adios, Pizza Hut
So We were standing out front.. Taking the dog out. We live in a Culda Sac ( most know) and a car comes flying down our street , solid 40+ mph. We yell slow down! Car stops in front of our house, husband says who are you delivering too? Asshat driver says to my hysband who the f*** are you?? Wait what? He said we live right here and you could have killed my dog or a kid ( both were out). He delivers Pizza to our neighbor. As he walks to his car in the Culda Sac (front of my house) he looks across the Street at my husband and says F*** you! Allen didnt hear him! I said excuse me who are you saying f*** you too? He told me f*** you too and drove off! Wtf! I called Pizza Hut and Trust you I did not speak to a manager I spoke to some young d*** girl that had no clue what she was talking about and she laughed and said OK I'll bring it to his attention no I have his license plate number and hope he gets fired.

This Pizza Hut is truly amazing , I wanna give an honest review of this particular pizza hit , they have wonderful customer service ! Pizza is always fresh and they deliver in less than 25 minutes every time I order I've ordered from this Pizza Hut over 12 times and every time they get the order correct and delivery is fast and my pizza is always hot and fresh best customer service in the world , staff is very helpful and kind

The pizza was ready really quickly and it was great cheesy and all. No complaints the service was great. No area to sit so we ate in the car. The individual pizzas were not ready in the morning a little discount was given and we greatly appreciate all money saved. Will definitely order from here again!

I waited an hour and was delivered a dried out, horrible pizza. I can't believe they are still in business delivering pizza that looks and tastes so bad for the huge fees they charge. I opened the box and the pizza looked and tastes like it was a week old. I'll never order here again. I ordered it with extra sauce too, but definitely didn't get that!
