SERVICE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE. I NEVER write reviews but this was a nightmare restaurant. I really dialike spreading negativity but I'd like to warn people. As soon as we walked in they were rude and started issues. We were 10 min late due to an accident on the freeway. We apologized and were totally willing to wait. Instantly the host begins to lecture my friend and belittle him. He tried to explain the situation and the man at the counter was unbelievably rude to him telling him he shouldn't have done that. Once we waited and were about to get sat he began to lecture my friend again unnecessarily. I dont understand why they were so upset. We apologized and didnt plan to be late at all but the situation was out of our control. The whole time we ate all of the staff ignored us and brushed us off. Then we asked for more beef and the server audibly groaned at us for asking. We were nothing but respectful this entire experience but they were TERRIBLE. I also heard 3 other groups having the same issue. Ive never been to a restaurant where the servers made customers feel terrible for being a customer. ID NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK HERE. Additionally, as soon as we had to pay they mentioned that they only take cash. No signs, no notes, and they refused to take any kind of card payment. Hospitality was a -100/100. Never had a worse experience in my life. I honestly dont even know how they still get business.

Great place to get Korean BBQ at a great price

Highly disappointing service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Especially if you have children who don’t plan on eating with you since they will be billed the full amount just for sitting there. They would rather lose 10 paying adults than let my nephew sit at the table without eating. There are plenty of higher quality KBBQ restaurants within a mile of this place.

Very recommended Korean BBQ good variety of meat , good portion and good price for the buffet and service was really good fast and efficient very satisfied with my visit here..

I thought it was all you eat but they kicked us out after an hour

Roach infested. when i spoke to the manager he tried to say “he couldn’t see it” after showing him the videos. then he said it was from “outside” and it was a “beetle” which makes no sense because my family and i were sitting in the back corner. after arguing for a couple minutes he asked me what i wanted to do and i expressed it was not appropriate to have to me pay for my food after sitting next to a roach. he proceeded to get mad , roll his eyes , and tell me “ok just leave”. DISGUSTING.

Love the food.... It's a make it your own food.... They bring you the beef and you cook it on the stove right in front of you....

By far, the worst Korean bbq EVER! Horrible brisket sauce, and plenty of fat. My son didn't even get to eat it was so awful, and the awful management would not even compromise. I know my review will probably go unnoticed, but if you do see this, consider going somewhere else.

DON'T COME HERE The food tasted horrible, and the brisket sauce tasted weird. Our waiter didn't even ask for our drink. My son hated the food so much that he didn't eat. Also, the manager is so mean he still charged my son 21.99 for eating nothing.

Went out with my cross team & we absolutely ate everything. Food was good & we cleaned up plates left and right until the waiter decided to clean us up 30 minutes early. We thought it was 2 hours but our waiter pushed us to leave at around 1.5 hours.

During my call with the receptionist I think It was the owner but he was was awfully rude & when we were sat down & requested for another table he started mocking me ??

Most of the meats were frozen but food was still good ?
