The 부대찌개 tastes horrible. The ham and other toppings they use are so cheap and literally have no taste and texture. Also the soup tastes like some kind of kimchi bean sprout soup and I can’t taste anything else. Did they even try for this? Sorry but I would rather have a proper kimchi bean sprout soup not some kind of weird mix between the two. Disgusting would never order it again.

. We were looking forward to the (soybean sprout soup) and ordered over the phone for pick up. They said the food would be ready in 25-30 minutes. My brother went to pick up the food when he was told that they ran out of the soybean sprout soup and that they tried calling me to let me know. They lied because I was on my phone the whole time and they had not gotten my name or number when I placed my order. We ended up ordering the dumpling soup and beef soup to make up for the 2 soybean sprout soups we had ordered. My brother had to wait another 25 minutes for the food, which meant they did not have the food ready as expecred. One lady said they would give us the new order without the extra charge (it was $2 more for the dumpling soup) when the other lady, under her breath in Korean, said she already changed the bill. The food overall was disappointing. The soups were not flavored well and had a weird aftertaste. The dumplings in the soup were not good at all. The bibimbap and cold noodles were bland. They made no effort to apologize for the miscommunication of the order (the lady on the phone said they did not had hard boiled eggs for the cold noodles so we were expecting that). But the blatant lie about calling me was not cool. We will definitely not be going back again.

this place is my favorite korean restaurant in california. this is one of the very few places i come every time i visit cali. the food is great and their side dishes are amazing. their gamjatang (potato pork bone soup) with yeolmu kimchi just hit the spot. really authentic and very, very sweet staff too. 200% recommend !!!

Came here specifically for the barley rice bibimbap and bean paste stew and it was amazing. The bean paste stew was thicker than the average stew but perfect for mixing into the barley bibimbap as a sauce. We also ordered the bone broth rice cake soup which was so flavorful and delicious. The side dishes tasted fresh and they refilled them for us several times. We will definitely be returning here for Korean comfort food. They do the basics really well and they also had some more unique items such as the barley bibimbap that will make this place a go-to for us.

The food is great. I feel like I am in Korea when I am there.

This place is the definition of Korean Ajumma cooking at its best. I got the Ox Bone Soup with Dumpings and rice cake and OMG... it was so magical. I think it was the best dumpling and rice cake soup that I have ever had. It doesn't look fancy but it tastes better than your mama's rice cake soup during Korean New Years lol. I still think about that ox bone soup broth to this day. Have this soup with some kimchi for the best combo. The heat and acidity from the kimchi goes very well together with the rich creamy broth. The rice cakes were soft and the dumplings were good. My girlfriend got the healthier option in the Barley Rice with Radish Kimchi. The barley rice came covered in sesame oil and the radish kimchi was amazing. It was sooo delicious. Honestly, you can't go wrong with a dish covered in sesame oil. The service was also amazing. The ajumma could tell we were very hungry so she made sure our ban chans were always filled.

We had my hubby's fav, Bone Soup, and dumpling bone soup for me. I can say, yummy....great comfort food restaurant as one of our korean foods. Their side dishes are fresh cooked, changed everytime. Today we both were happy about the foods. Thank you for the service and good foods. We love they open at 8 in the morning. The price is very affordable. Most of popular menu is $8.99. A grade for the perfect hygiene restaurant. Wow!!!! A grade!! Great job!!

Very polite and welcoming staff. I don't have a lot of experience with Korean food, but I ordered the bibimbap and it was sizzling hot and tasty. The barley tea was really nice on the cold afternoon we were there. Strip mall parking lot makes it easy to park.
