I ordered two Veni shaken oat milk espressos with 3 pumps of hazelnut but each time I got it there was no taste of hazelnut . I order it all the time and I know how it tastes ; once I told the employee they suggested I add more hazelnut but I refused . When I tasted the second one I feel like it was out of spite that there was no hazelnut syrup added . Came here to study for my dental boards. The cappuccino I ordered in the “for here” cup was delicious. Great service, boosted by the Starbucks rewards program which incentivizes repeated visits.
After finishing the cappuccino, I ordered a free refill of iced green tea with stevia added. With the Starbucks app, certain drinks (which Jonathan kindly explained to me) are free. He was very patient in helping me understand the way the refill system worked with all my questions....
