This place was spectacular starting with the staff! MJ general manager made us feel so welcomed and his attitude along with the rest of his team is the reason why we fell so in love with this place. The food and desserts were amazing! The music playing on the other side half of the restaurant by the bar, was such a good vibe! I’ll definitely will be back! Thank you MJ and team for the attention you gave my husband and I! Can’t wait to visit again!

Wide menu but their ramens are kinda same and small. We ordered 2 ramens: 1 signature and 1 black. Each portion only has 1 pork. Their service is ok but not welcome (except the host).

If you like white infused ramen I recommend here. They recommend their signature umaya ramen which is ramen black with chili oil and extra toppings. I personally ordered the tonkotsu and didn’t think the ramen was that amazing. However what applauds me the most is their chasiu. I like the texture of the chasiu and it is way better imo than shinsengumi. 3 stars only because they served very little portions, waiter didn’t give me my correct change, and broth was salty.

Udon was not the typical style and what was accustomed to.1) no where does it state "spicy" or have the chili icon, yet, is it customary to sprinkle spice on top? I tasted my son's Shrimp Tempura Udon and tasted a slight spice, and should not be done this way. Ended up requesting a replacement2) For some reason the Udon broth was darker and looked black, rather than a lighter to darker brown and tasted different. Not typical to any Udon I've had or made...First time having Tsukemen and though it was on the salty side was pretty good.I realize items are to be transferred to thick soup base to be eaten, but the eggs were cold(taken/kept in fridge) and the noodles either sat or lost their warmer temperature. All in all decent, but not as good as the Tonkatsu Ramen, but wanted to try something different... Was hungry and with family so no pictures taken/hungry ?

Our server I think was named Brandon. Asian guy with glasses. Sat us by the bathroom and the whole area back there smelled like sewer but they have all these candles to mask the smell near the bar. We ordered appetizers and they came but we never got napkins or utensils. We waited to ask for them but our server didn’t make it to the back of the restaurant since the staff was more focused on the main sitting area. I got up and grabbed my own napkins since we ate with our hands and the server looked bothered. He finally came to take our order and brought out individual plates instead of bringing everything out together. Never checked on us during our whole visit. They gave us plastic forks and they would bend when you would try and use them. The chicken cutlet was so hard that the plastic forks would just bend and not pierce. This is our third time there and every time the experience declines and today being the worst. They lost my business.

I ordered teriyaki chicken. My food was very gamey. The taste and smell were not pleasant. I was expecting more from this restaurant. The soup was okay. The service was great. The price was too high for the portion.

Loved it! The veggie ramen was a little too salty, just a bit, but the flavor was really good. Veggie tempura was crunchy, a beautiful addition to the meal.
