I highly recommend Arlet's Cafe. The food is delicious and Arlet is always very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are pleased with her service. I lost 4 lbs in the 1st 3 weeks of ordering her meal prep.
This place is a diamond hidden in crunch gym. Ok I really bad on meal prep but here the food amazing and affordable. This is week two of me ording and I will definitely be my go to for meal prep the staff is amazing and friendly. Food portions are perfect and taste Amazing you can definitely tell they make everything fresh and by hand the taste is like it’s from a 5 star restaurant love them
Best protein shakes I’ve ever had! I’ve tried multiple and every single one has been amazing. I always look forward to getting one and chatting with the incredibly kind people here after a workout!
