A terrible encounter. Order taking took fifteen minutes. I was planning to eat in, but the restaurant looked messy. They only had six employees, and the management didn't even assign one of them to clean the dining room. Your sides are being served in a communal salsa container. They charge the same but give you far less. That is theft. This place needs to be inspected by a DM. They weren't even crowded in the place to be this disorganized and unkempt.

I came here on December 23rd I ordered four 5 dollar combos 2 chicken burritos and 2 pollo bowls and a kids 2 piece with a side of pinto beans took to my kids because i worked Late and around 11pm all my Kids were throwing up all over their beds and bathroom I drank water so I did not throw up but the next day my stomach was killing me and had a crazy headache I just threw up yesterday and still unable to eat since this day only liquids I will Be going To Urgent care I can't take it I do Believe I got food poising and my refund is still not in my account what a horrible Christmas we could not eat

I order a double chicken tostada like always but this time the tostada was a little saggy it wasn't crispy the avacados were a little brownish the chicken was cold not warm
We ordered a family style meal from El Pollo Loco for dinner. We used a $20 meal coupon we got from the mail. It came with 8 pieces of chicken. Everything tasted good, the mashed potatoes, the churros, the Tortillas and sauce, my only complaint here is that the chicken has gotten a lot smaller and for some reason, every time we order chicken for take out, it's almost always burnt on the edges.

Why bother asking if the customer wants a receipt if you’re not gonna give it to the customer??? Asked me 3 times if I want my receipt, I said I did…promised to put it in the bag with my order, never did… and now I’m looking at my food and there’s no utensils in the bag as well…how am I supposed to eat it… I wouldn’t be a big problem if I was eating at home, but I’m out on the jobsite, there are no utensils available here… makes me wonder if you guys will save millions by not giving your customers utensils, unbelievable, just unbelievable

Omg the lady person serving is nasty. I cant believe i come here. No wonder you are 2 stars ? You should change your staff. The guy from the counter is nice but the person inside is not. It seems thet hate working there. Just asking for salsa and her face was frowning. . Too bad. I hope the owner will take a look at this. I am not coming back.
