I like their new style of cooking, I love my chicken cook well, or well done, or I always say I like my chicken burnt?, and yet they still give me well done cook chicken, inside out.
Service can be slow at times. Example:Standing at counter for a pick up and no one acknowledges you for several minutes. Not the end of the world. But the food is great and employees are so nice.

We ordered a family style meal from El Pollo Loco for dinner. We used a $20 meal coupon we got from the mail. It came with 8 pieces of chicken. Everything tasted good, the mashed potatoes, the churros, the Tortillas and sauce, my only complaint here is that the chicken has gotten a lot smaller and for some reason, every time we order chicken for take out, it's almost always burnt on the edges.
