I must say that Im skeptical when going to restaurants at any corner Strip malls. Though I picked Mr. Pizza and Kabob because I love KABOB's! I was so impressed with the Quality of the Kabob and Rice, that it reminded me of my mom's cooking! I was nearly in Tears, the Owner happens to be there everyday and I know this because I came back for Kabobs Every day after that!! :)
I highly recommend for anyone to try for yourself.

The beef koobideh has received particular praise for being tasty and flavorful. This restaurant is a great option for lunch specials or catering events, with on-time delivery. Parking is easy, and there is wheelchair accessibility available. Although the food preparation can be a bit slow at times and the restaurant could use more cleaning, the food is certainly good, leading many to recommend take-out.
