Wouldn't allow us to pay online for our food, said "for orders over $100 you need to pay in store" like we haven't been ordering for years to become trusted customers. You just lost a trusted customer. Lock it in Papa Johns.

Papa Jon's pizza is good.SERVICE in this branch is horrible!On my birthday night, I placed a pickup order on the phone of $50 and got confirmation for my order via email and text.15 minutes later, I got the second update that my order was ready for pickup.Drove down to find out that my order was not even prepared because "the order didn't look real " according to the employee and was working.NEVER GOT MY ORDER.

Went to this place after I got "your order is ready to pick up" message.When I got here and said I'm here for pick up, a guy making pizza said wait 15 min.I told him I got my order is ready message, and he yelled "I don't care about your message, my screen says 15min, so it's 15min"No appology or explanation. just "i don't care" statement as soon as I told him about the app order.Please visit other location/branch and value your time and money.You are paying customer, not begger.

Ordered two thin crust pizzas for delivery on Valentine’s Day. An hour later I received two heart-shaped, burnt-to-a-crisp pizzas my kids couldn’t eat if their teeth were made of titanium. Fair. Bad pizza. It happens. So we called to ask they replace the pizzas that were at least HALF way up to Papa John’s standards. “No. Were busy. You just don’t want to eat them.” What a horrible experience on the phone. So I drove the pizzas back to the location to show them their product was garbage but the lack of concern for delivering a satisfactory service (in the form of something at least edible) was sickening. Enough to make Shaq call the General. No replacement pizzas. No consideration. No refund.Bad food. Worse service. Papa John’s. (Thanks for your $ though suckers!!)

The pizza here is always good quality. The worker was very nice to us. The whole place was nicely lit and had good airflow. I like this restaurant.Parking: While there isn't an incredible amount of parking spots, there is always available parking at all hours.

Extremely low quality of food and service. The delivered pizza was cold and stale. When called the store, the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional.

Really clean restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pizza and wings. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location. They really seem to care a lot about customer service. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I worked in pizza for 15 years, so I know my stuff. I wanted to pick up a pie after work. I work in Canoga Park, I hit the 118 on the way home. I ordered at 6:00 pm when I pulled into my work, figuring I would be up there in 15-20 minutes. I had my order all ready to go on my phone, I had the CC info, everything ready to time it up pretty good. At 6:05pm, I get a text that says, "Good news, your order is ready." 5 minutes? It takes a minute to pull the order and read it, another minute to take it out of the oven and cut it. So 3 minutes to toss, sauce and bake my pie? Or did I get someone else's pie or mistake order? Because IT WAS ALSO WAY OVER DONE!!! How does that even work!? 3 minutes to well do a pie? It wasn't BURNT, but all the cheese was brown scabbed. It was dry and bad and I even ordered the 3 cheese blend. I got someone else's mistake pie! I even called the store when I got the 5 minute text, because I knew it wasn't right. He said, "We'll keep it under the heat lamp." To where I replied, "Mmmmm sounds delicious."

This papa John's has provided me and my family with the worse service I've ever experienced. We ordered 3 large pizzas, wings, and a bunch of sauces on the side. All of our pizzas were undercooked and doughy. The wings were ice cold inside and they didn't include any of the sauces we ordered. After calling and speaking to the manager about remaking our order he said they can't remake it and will send the driver back to pick up all the food, which we were more than happy to give back the driver came and had the audacity to question us about trying the pizza. How else would we know the pizza or wings weren't good without taking a bite from it. You've been warned I would stay away from this papa John's on 10316 De Soto Ave. I can see why they only have two stars on yelp!

I just want to know why no one is raving about these papa bowls ? I mean this is one amazing dish!!! Granted comes ina paper bowl but all that aside, it's remarkable! I love papa John's pizza and now I'm obsessed with everything else they have to offer! My husband and I love the papadia cheese steak to be exact and now, my new found obsession is the papa bowl. I'cenonly tried the chicken Alfredo but that was enough to keep me coming long time! For those of us watching the carb intake, this was such a nice alternative! And for others, k think this dish would be great with some tosses In pasta! Loads of chicken loads of veggies, all cooked warm to order. Needless to say one bowl is portioned really well! Nice bang for your buck! Let me know what you think of these dishes....

Twice this location has let me down. 1) I ordered a normal pizza delivered and it came with no sauce. Upon calling the store the phone person said it is not possible a mistake like that was made. I offered to return the whole pizza to the driver upon the replacement delivery. The person in the phone laughed and said you want it fixed you habe to come down here. I know this was the store being cheat vs taking care of their customers. Upon going to the store it was clear no sauce and then they figured out oh the order before his asked for no sauce as they realized I was delivered the wrong pie. They had to force me to drive in when it was a delivery to gamble ot would be too much hassle to do it. They lost and refunded my cost, but still poor service to accuse the customer of lying.A second poor service: My daughter needed an unused pizza box for a school project. I've been buying pizza at this location for 10 years now. I felt asking for an empty box without a purchase is low class, so decided to buy 2 pizzas and then ask for an extra box for a school project. When I arrived to carryout the manager/only person there said absolutely not we do not do that. I asked of I can lay for the box, and he just rolled his eyes.So this customer of 10+ years is done with this location and back to Dominos going forward.

We haven't had Papa John's in years. I order a heart pizza every year with my son for Valentine's Day decided to switch it up this year and order from Papa John's. Was very disappointed when the pizza arrived it was beyond cold like they literally just took it out of the refrigerator not lukewarm nothing! The garlic knots and hot wings were also cold. Very disappointed
