After 19 years of being a customer here, they've destroyed this store by bringing in "Efficiency Experts" (who NEVER help in the first place), getting rid of major items, AND changing the entire store around so that their older, regular customers are unable to find anything. I have family members who are thinking about going to another store until the manager FIRES these so-called "Efficiency Experts" and claims his store back.
