Sign clearly says closes at 10:00pm got there at 9:35pm and they turned off the open sign and locked the doors so no one can come in and order! Trash

This Yoshinoya sucks! The Asian oldman that works there always makes your food portion very small on purpose! I paid more and ordered the combo XL and the portion was the same as getting a regular combo! This idiot man purposely makes the rice in the bottom very shallow and spreads out the small beef or chickem portion to give an illusion that youre getting a lot when youre really not! Youll know when youre getting ripped off when you first carry your bag or plate knowing it feels very light in weight! Stay away from this Yoshinoya as well because they never have Salmon because theyre lying and dont want to go out of their way to prepare it!

I went to this place and I tried to use a coupon and the cashier wasn't able to finish the transaction because he didn't know how to discount the items,he did it to the customer before me and told her to bring the food back and gave her the refund and told her to contact corporate office, that wasn't his problem and he said the same thing to me,when I ask for the manager he said he was the manager so I asked for his district managers number he told me to come back at 4pm to talk to the manager but earlier he said he was the manager, something is wrong with this company! The food is good but the service is the worst in the san Fernando valley,I just don't know how they stay open.

Haven't been treated this badly by an employee in years. My thanks to the line cook who interceded on my behalf, but I doubt I'll return to this location any time soon. Tokyo chicken was pretty good, though!

The employee up front says that they are backed up in the kitchen even though there is not an otder on the screen. As I got here at the restaurant, the cook at the back just made his order for customer and went on his break. The lady up front says it wont be about 10-15 minutes before they could take our orders. She just need to send her cook to break. Very very low customer service and how they treat there customer. Overall rating for this restaurant is “0”.

Food portions, as with anywhere else nowadays, were minimal. Food always the same taste. No problems there. Service was a bit slow. Didn't appear that the guy on the grill was to keen on working fast because of the amount of people waiting for food. So it was a bit of a wait during lunch rush.We frequent there when we can as we are 40 minutes away from any yoshinoya.

I have no idea how bad this place was. I came around to get my usual, except im visiting a different location. It looks nice, first impressions were good. Staff are nice. But the food itself? Absolutely horrible. Firstly; They had no Terayaki Sauce. That was a unpleasant surprise. But everything about the food doesn't look fresh at all. Maybe its the lack of Terayaki. The Green onions look old, The chicken is incredibly dry. The management should really be ashamed by the extreme difference in quality unlike the Canoga Park location. At its current state, I would not reccomend a visit.

I can confirm some of the bad reviews, if you wanna eat there they're are not open right at 9am like it says. If they need time to prep the food at least open at 9:30. Some of us have a strict schedule
