I went to this place and I tried to use a coupon and the cashier wasn't able to finish the transaction because he didn't know how to discount the items,he did it to the customer before me and told her to bring the food back and gave her the refund and told her to contact corporate office, that wasn't his problem and he said the same thing to me,when I ask for the manager he said he was the manager so I asked for his district managers number he told me to come back at 4pm to talk...read full review
Haven't been treated this badly by an employee in years. My thanks to the line cook who interceded on my behalf, but I doubt I'll return to this location any time soon. Tokyo chicken was pretty good, though!

This Yoshinoya sucks! The Asian oldman that works there always makes your food portion very small on purpose! I paid more and ordered the combo XL and the portion was the same as getting a regular combo! This idiot man purposely makes the rice in the bottom very shallow and spreads out the small beef or chickem portion to give an illusion that youre getting a lot when youre really not!
