The service is horrible. Twice in a week we walked out. I am finishing this review from a month ago. Tried again today and there was one customer getting a sandwich and two employees waiting on him. We waited 5 minutes not one of them acknowledged us so we left. You would think that with the way things are today they would want to have customers so they could keep their jobs!! Will NEVER waste my money at the East Ave location.
The gentleman working at 6 PM on 6/22/20 was very professional! He changed his gloves between serving each customer and made sure to wash his hands! It was really nice to see this during the pandemic!

Had a resses layerd Sunda it was very good. It's been along time since I've been to baskin robbins. I remember there being a larger selection of flavors and also a large variety of toppings. They didn't seem to have much of either. What I ordered was correct and quick.
