Then when asking for the polar pizzas, there was another 10-15 minute wait time for her to grab the ice cream. I tried to be understanding, but waiting for service again and again is awful. Ordered through Doodash. $20 for barely any ice cream on my cup! The owner here is trying to lower their food cost at the expense of loosing customers. That's probably why he keep putting less and less ice cream to be able to keep making a profit for loosing so many customers. I have never been to another Baskin Robbins with this issue of not even giving you full scoops, their scoops are 1/3 of any other Baskin Robbins. Don't waste your money!

Very disappointed. Its NOT clean. I ordered a birthday cake. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the counters above ice cream bins (decorated with a string of Christmas tinsel) was dirty.....old smudges of ice cream all along the counter that probably hasn't been cleaned in at least a day. Who us managing this? Absentee owner? Wheres the health department? When I mentioned NICELY this to the young lady who was helping me she looked me straight in the eye and said that's not my responsibility but she would tell whoever it was.... I wondered how safe the birthday cake for my grandson was for his friends to eat! Btw, I specifically ordered a cake for a teenager . I got a cake decorated for a much younger kid. The Person taking the order on the phone was very nice and helpful. The person when I picked up the cake had an argumentative attitude and was NOT friendly. Who is training these people? Place was NOT clean. Will NOT go back. How is this still in business?.

This establishment is filthy. When my son and I came here, I noticed that all the floors were grimy and covered in crumbs. The windows were all handprinted and streaked. Trash was on the tables. The trash in the lobby was overflowing and appeared to have been leaking sticky substances for quite some time. The bathroom trash was overflowing, the toilet was ringed and dirty, and soap was running down the walls into a puddle on the floor. There was a toilet plunger next to the towel dispenser. I will never be back, and am horrified that conditions like that exist in our town.

Daniel was extremely unhelpful & messed up all 3 orders I made. I will be going to a different location or requesting someone else to make my order next time I visit, if there is a next time. Never knows the recipes to anything on the menu either.

I was crunched for time, but thought Id get ice cream as a tip for the car wash attendants, since it was hot. I ordered 2 peanut butter chocolate bowls and was told by a lady with brown and white hair that I would have to wait for the ice cream to melt. She took it out the freezer, and I left. I always order this ice cream and have never been told that before. Too many other places to go, you just lost a customer.
I pre ordered an ice cream cake 4 days early so it would be fresh for Christmas Eve dessert! I went in to pick it up and also got 5 quartsof prepacked flavors from the freezer. The cake was not edible. The cake looked a few weeks old, the frosting was even awful. What? How could a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream cake not be fabulous? I threw all of it away. Even the packed ice cream had been thawed and refrozen as it was crystalized inside. Tossed it too! I am going to call for a refund.

I just completed a door dash order. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I noticed as soon as it was handed to me that something was not right. I asked driver to wait while I checked order. What I found when I opened the bag were scoops that were maybe 1/2 the size of any scoops I've ever gotten there! I called the store and spoke to a manager, Alyssa, who was very quick to inform me that apparently it's been wrong my entire 46 yrs of life! Everyone has done it wrong prior to this point! I ordered 3 scoops and the entire 3 scoops barely covered the bottom of the cup! My Son's order was equally as small! This was almost $20! She informed me that for all these years, I've been over served, as it should have been by weight of the scoop...I even offered a picture. But that did not matter. As a side note, I was very pleased with Door Dash! This was not a Door Dash issue. Absolutely pathetic on Baskin Robbins part and poor performance from their on shift manager as well! I will find somewhere else to spend my money for sure!

This is for my boyfriend who doesn't have YELP: Come here if you want to get ignored and like dirty floors. I was ignored until I finally asked if someone was going to help me to which the girl replied "I'm making an order of sandwiches" and the other guy ran into the back room to avoid responsibility. I'm pissed, never going there again.
