The sushi was very good - with not an overwhelming menu but covering the typical spectrum of a sushi bar. The restaurant is nice and offers a sushi bar if you want to watch the games. Service was good and were always checking in but not bothering you. It's clear the sushi chef takes pride in his/her plating of food. Definitely recommend. Those who gave this place a low rating must be use to prison food

Went to Big Tuna tonight and was soooooo disappointed. Our server, Zoe was rude and inattentive. The food came out little by little...we were done with one thing by the time the next one came out. Everyone in our party got their food at a different time. We weren't offered refills...even our water was empty the whole time. Worst service ever and the food definitely wasn't worth the money.

We went here for a special occasion, and the restaurant didn't dissapoint. The sushi is high quality and (unlike a lot of other restaurants) they use short-grain sushi rice to give it the proper texture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To my delight, this seems to be the only Japanese restaurant in town that has genuine buckwheat-only soba noodles, which tasted great and let me enjoy noodle soup despite having a gluten allergy. The atmosphere is quite nice, and the food is presented well. I'll definitely come here again.

Hard to get a seat sometimes. Live the sushi taco. And energy roll..Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food and they have a TV playing movies for kids sometimes.

Dine in with edamame, miso, taco Tuesday (crab), tempura, and two sushi rolls (forgot the name.) All awesome. Service wasn't extremely fast, but that is the cost of a busy business. They were attentive though and deserved their tip.. :-) Will be returning with other family. Also they were attentive to the fact that I have a broken leg and am on crutches with having to have my leg up and supported (bench seat) and found me suitable seating even though it was busy. Greatly appreciated.

Love the place! Love the crab sushi tacos,they are the BEST!!! My niece came to visit and this was recommended to me and we were so glad we tried it! Great service,ambience and we lived the happy hour foods,we sampled a bunch of stuff!!!

food is bomb, i get the crunchy roll and I have no complaints other than the fact that the rolls are kinda small. very expensive for the quality but it'll do on Mondays when other sushi restaurants are closed. Drink selections are good but also quite expensive and not enough alcohol for the price. staff is friendly, but tables are small.

Since it was lunch, stuck with a large and ordered our meal. Started with the miso soup and salad. We ordered the 8 piece chef selection sampler, a roll and unagi. The roll was top notch. Chef selection was legit. I wasn’t expecting to see a sake which is salmon (very common). Nevertheless, it’s still great. The fish was all fresh!! They topped it off with a free dessert. Waitress was nice and I will be coming back for more.

Ordered a mobile order for me and my boyfriend when the google ordering was OPEN and didn't seem to be too busy, and was given a text confirming my order and not even 5 minutes later was given another text that said my order was cancelled and could not be completed. if you're going to have online ordering available you would think it would ACTUALLY be available. I then tried calling and it said the line was unable to complete my call for 10 minutes. I understand businesses get busy but it's pouring rain on a Sunday at 5 pm, you'd think they could complete an order of a couple things without it being an overbearing amount of work.
