Was looking for new place to get a good burger. Tired of the in/out, fast food, and i wasn’t looking for a service sit down restaurant. Found Bronze Burger on g-maps, most reviews are from their food truck but now they are in store front. I've been dying to try this place since it was a food truck but the hot summer days prevented it. The burger was a bit over cooked. The toppings didn't really feel like they were on it. Presentation definitely 5 stars. Didnt offer any cheese to add on the burger either. The building its self was loud. Decor on the walls would help with the noise inside. It was downtown Chico, California. The service was great, really kind and respectable young men. The burger was Absolutely delicious. I got the jalapeño double smash burger. I left a rating of a 7.5 on the burger. Fries were close to perfect as you can get. secret Sauce Was just basically like a mayonnaise ketchup barbecue sauce mix wasn’t bad but wasn’t special. Overall, I highly recommend.

Bronze Burger is a restaurant in downtown Chico, California. It started as a food truck and is now in a store front. The place makes a great smash burger and keeps it simple with three types of burgers. The burger and fries do not take long to come. The burger is bigger than expected and tastes great. None of the condiments overwhelm the other. Each bite has everything from the beef to the pickles, grilled onions and sauce. The jalapeño burger is decent, and the jalapeño double smash burger is absolutely delicious. The Bronze Combo lets you taste every single ingredient, the perfect blend of flavors. The Bronze sauce is delicious, the bun is soft, and the fries are so good, crispy and salty. The Cajun fries are definitely superior. The secret Sauce is basically like a mayonnaise ketchup barbecue sauce mix, not bad but not special. The service is great, fast and efficient, really kind and respectable young men who are super friendly and give great recommendations. The building itself is loud, and decor on the walls would help with the noise inside. The atmosphere gets four stars since it is not a bar-burger restaurant, but a great dine-in place. They also do take out and food apps. With a few improvements this place will be all 5 stars.
