This is my favorite place to eat EVER. If I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life. Chada would be the place. And the family who owns it are the nicest people. They make this place so extra special.
Some friends and I ate here durning the Slice of Chico. The food was amazing! Between us all we had Chicken satay, a mild and a hot red pumpkin chicken curry and a seafood platter. Will be going back the next time I'm in Chico.

Hidden gem of a restaurant. Seriously. It’s hidden. We lived/worked in Butte County for 18 years before accidentally discovering Chada, a cozy family owned restaurant in a basement space in downtown Chico below Brooklyn Bridge Bagels. They’ve been in the same location for 25 years. Husband and wife run the kitchen and their daughter is the server.Food is made fresh and served quick.
