Very attentive staff, but I was suuuuuper bummed that they don't do cream cheese wontons. Maybe one of their owners or someone on their staff is lactose intolerant or something. Probably good for customers who are dairy free I guess.
Ive loved coming to chan phengs for years now. It's really the superior quality of their dishes that has kept me coming back again and again all of these years. Might seem a tad pricey to some, but as they state, they're not a fast food restaurant and excellent flavor takes time to create!

First Chinese restaurant in Chico. Sarah, our server, was smart and congenial. Place was almost empty at around 7 PM. The celebrations of 5 de Mayo, perhaps? Restaurant was clean overall, so we proceeded to get a Family Special for two, to the tune of $17.50 each.
