Hands down my most favorite of any restaurant ever! I’m talking breakfast, lunch, dinner……. Crumbl!!!!! lol but really I could eat a cookie for every meal! The Customer service doesn’t get any better than the employees at the Chico store. This is a win win. This was the first thing on my mind this morning, so we are on our way now.

we like the cookies here, unfortunately today I got a not pleasant experience, they gave us wrong cookie, I drove back to get it right, crew looked like in bad mood, didn’t apologize for mistake, they just grab the wrong cookie out of my box thrown to garbage and gave me the right one (which is one with extra fee), spent more time to get what I ordered today
