“Super chill atmosphere wanted to check this out after friends in Chico talked about it . College aged but hate the college scene type of bar. There was a man named jimmy or Tina or Timmy or something like that he couldn’t figure it out and was kind of being annoying to the staff . But didn’t bother me none lol. Cool place nice people“

“I always judge a bar on the cleanliness of their bathroom. Joe's Bar has one of the cleanest bars in downtown Chico. It is always stocked with the essentials. The owner is super nice. The bartenders are great at what they do. I will definitely be returning.“
