The worst food and customer service I have ever experienced. First, I received a delivery order with two salads that were so old the lettuce was slimy and brown underneath all the toppings that covered it up. I called to complain and got a very rude person who did not care at all and acted like I was bothering him. Second time I received a delivered pizza with almost half the pizza missing the cheese. When I called to complain, the person I spoke to was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the store manager, and the man-child hung up on me again. This place has serious problems. I would avoid it and use a different location.

I'm a park fire victim and I was hungry we ordered from dominos and I swear that was the worst pizza I have ever had and the service was 2 hours..late. don't eat at Domino's on esplanade in Chico

I did an order online, pick it up and at until I was at home I found out they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know their mistake and that I was on my way for they to fix it, but when I arrived they just ignored my previous call, asked me to show everything and double check their mistake before to even start preparing it. I had to wait again because completely ignore my previous call.

You're pizza is PATHETIC. Almost no toppings and no cheese and WHERE THE HECK IS THE PIZZA SAUCE?? You guys are the worst Domino's around. We keep giving you a chance and it's utter disappointment EVERY TIME. We're done with this store.... And the pizza is always overcooked and dry.

The tracker is useless. I went in once it said my pizza was done. And sat there for another 30 minutes until they had my pizza. The staff there is completely incompetent. 8pm 3/16/2024. And the pizza was burnt to a crisp.
