Domino's Pizza

Pizza was not appetizing at all. I was actually really disappointed I saw a commercial and it looked amazing the second I ooemded the box the pizza looked overcooked, dry and shriveled up. Will not purchacr again

I had a great experience. Went in and KK had great customer service she kindly explained that you guys do not give out paper plates anymore in a manner where I wasn't even upset about it and even offered to help me carry my pizzas out to my car for me. I declined but that was very great service will come back for KK service

The bad - we ordered two dominos pizzas but when we went to pick up they only had one made having lost the other and we had to wait there while the remade the second one, which they completely messed up. Needless to say we left upset with one cold pizza and one wrong pizza.

The excellent- we filled out a complaint forum through the app and within a day or two (Ki Ki?) reached out to us and offered to completely redo our order for free.

Definitely saved us as a customer and showed us some love. Really grateful for businesses that own their mistakes!

Pretty good deals, got a large with 6 toppings for around 13 bucks. Very friendly staff. They got the poor lady bustin it out back there by herself, and killing it might I add.

The store is very clean, the staff are friendly and the food was cooked well and ready in a timely manor. It is my favorite out of the Chico Domino's locations.

Every time I order from here there is a mistake on my order. My last order had an exploded ranch cup in the bag and my order today only has half of the ranch cups I paid for. I can order from mod pizza for the same price and i think thats what ill do from now on

The general Manager, kk is super rude and disrespectful, and treats fellow employees like trash, and on top of everything I watched how she talks to kids. She’s just not someone who should be a General manager at all.. she stole my little sisters candy one time, and spat at me followed up by some hissing, the smell coming off of her.. I’m mean PHEW WEEEE. I was scared. I MEAN SCARED. She needs to be fired ASAP!!!

I won't be ordering here again because 1) the customer service of the young guy employee working 6/5/25 evening is really unkind and 2) I will never get my correct order, never have once. I'm done.

The woman supervisor working on 3/4/25 was beyond amazing and I had the best customer service ever. Kudos to her, please! Also the Delivery driver was so kind. Thank you all for the perfect pizza.
