“We had reservations today at 4:30pm and were we glad! We arrived 10 minutes before our reservations and sat in the patio. At 4:30pm my husband went in through the patio door to let them know that we were here. A older gentleman was unlocking the front door. My husband apologized that we came in from the patio and the gentleman did not look happy. Finally we were able to let the hostess know that we had reservations. The gentleman seated us at a table instead of a booth and after that it was smooth sailing. We were celebrating my great nephew's 21st Birthday, his girlfriend's Birthday and our 49th Anniversary. We drove from Sacramento and my great nephew who attends college in Chico found this restaurant with Excellent Reviews. Our waitress/server Shaylee was outstanding! Being 21 we had to make sure he had his "first" drink! We ordered Calamari to share and it was perfect the batter was light! We shared a Cesar Salad with Anchovies! With the 4 of us we ordered Crusted Hazelnut Halibut, Stuffed Chicken, Rare New York Steak and the Sunday Special, Blackened Prime Rib, everything was Amazingly Delicious! The Baked Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes and Bread were great! Because we were celebrating birthdays and anniversary's, they treated us to the Trio Dessert! The Creme Brûlée with Snicker Doodle Cookie, Banana Cream Cheesecake and White Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream topped off our entire meal!
