Cozy little place. Nice atmosphere, attractive decor. Place was clean, staff was pleasant. As for the food: I had the chicken and sausage jambalaya, medium hot. Very flavorful, with two kinds of sausage. My better half had the red beans and rice with ham. It was delicious. (and she says it reheated well the next day.) This little gem is the real Creole deal! The seafood gumbo is full of shrimp and other goodies and perfectly balanced with the small bites of sausage, perfect portions. My partner raved over his chicken & sausage Etoufee. Thank you again for the delicious cake, heated slightly at home with whipped cream...oh my! I will be back for the fried catfish and muffaletta soon.
The food was fantastic! I got the red beans and rice and the shrimp po boy and both were amazing and based off family recipes. The owner/chef Kevin and staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back.
