Great experience at IHOP! The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The food came out fresh, tasted great, and the quality was definitely there. It’s always nice when you get both good food and great service in the same visit. I’ll definitely be back!
I stopped at IHOP on my way from Redding to Marysville for a Celebration of Life. I left early and I like breakfast so I stopped at this IHOP in Chico. What a pleasant all around experience. I was the first patron of the day. The manager, Paula, was a very genuine and delightful lady, full of joy and warmth. The waitress was also very nice and attentive and the food came out just as ordered. I noticed a numbe of support staff working away cleaning and maintaining the restaurant....read full review
The first time I came here it was an amazing experience, the 2nd was slightly worst but that was for my dad not me so review wise idrc. Also his food was Applebee’s so yk. The pancakes are amazing. The people are so nice (this is the one thing you can 100% count on) My one complaint is that even when there isn’t many people it takes awhile to get food, other than that one of the best restaurants ever!
