Came here for my birthday. Food was good, though not very authentic. My friend and I both had the tostada. It was crispy and piled with lots of toppings. Very tasty with their signature sauce they give you. The queso is very bland and tastes like generic velveeta and rotel. Not awful, but definitely not as good as other places in town (Pueblito). Huge shout out to Justin, my favorite waiter in Chico. My friend and I come monthly for lunch and he always greets us with a smile and knows our order by heart; the grilled chicken durango salad. Even when we are not seated in his section he will stop by with a drink refill if we are low.
I absolutely love this place, the guys at the bar and the owner. They are always welcoming, even if I come a little late for a very quick drink. They are very friendly and it's just a good environment. I absolutely genuinely love this place. Their chips and house sauce are so good and all the food. Please don't ever change what you do because I'm so happy with this place ?
