This is one of two Chico locations. In addition, it's closer to where I live. That is why this is my go-to location. The service here is fast enough and they are quick to fix any pizza order problems. I've certainly encountered some errors with my orders, but mistakes happen. As long as they're fixed without me getting a bunch of excuses, everything's A-okay in the end. I love getting a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and olives. The food is decent and I tend to have an excellent experience with these folks. I've never dealt with rude employees & they always seem to be in a positive mood, despite having to deal with some impolite/impatient customers.Normal menu prices are high for what you get, but they often have really good coupon pricing which totally makes up for it.

This has been our favorite pizza lace to order out for delivery. Lately, we have noticed them being very skimpy with toppings. for example, we ordered banana peppers and there were only six peppers on the entire extra large pizza. So the last time I ordered I selected "extra" for every topping, even though it would cost extra just to get a decent pizza.
