Maki Japanese and Vietnamese Cuisine

We have been traveling a lot the last couple of months. We have had sushi from Hawaii to LA to San Francisco and this place was one of the best spots.

Best pho in Chico and I’ve tried alll the pho places. Fresh, clean ingredients. Love their Japanese menu as well. But I come for their delicious pho. Service is excellent. They take good care of you.

When they first opened the prices were really reasonable. We went today and they want $9.50 for two pieces of salmon nigiri, that’s more expensive than raw bar. In comparison rice bowl charges $6 for the same thing. $9 for a thai iced tea ($5 elsewhere).

Literally some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. Don't waste your time looking, just come here. In house sushi chef too. Awesome Vietnamese iced coffee. Clean, good service, good prices. My new fav for sure. Great for adult get togethers /dates/ small birthdays too. Very chill atmosphere, great ambiance. One of the nicest menus I've seen in a while too. They obviously take great care of this restaurant.

I've dined here several times, and the food is always absolutely delicious. Maki is a must-try if you're looking for excellent Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. All of their rolls and the combination pho are consistently flavorful and satisfying. It's easily one of my favorite restaurants in Chico. I highly recommend Maki if you're in the area!

Maki is truly a gem with outstanding quality! It’s the best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The sushi is always fresh and of excellent quality. My favorites are the maki rolls and the Lion King baked rolls. Whenever I visit Chico to see my family, dining here is always a must.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The beef Phó was very tasty as well as filling. Will be back for more. The price was reasonable too!
