The singular piece of chicken on each slice was the size of half a nickel. Profit margins must be very bad. The last few times we went it was inconsistent. Undercooked and carelessly put together. One barely has to try, to spread ingredients out evenly and cook a pizza thoroughly. They put in very little effort to be consistent. The management and/or owners need to step it up. I lkie the idea and pizza when done carefully. I think we'll go elsewhere for thw next few pizza trips.

If I'm getting pizza, I'm going to mods. Yes the prices have risen, but it's still doable. I mean, wear else can you dump like 30 toppings on a pizza for ~$15? Try it, you won't be disappointed.

3 of us dined in early Friday PM. 2 of us were new to the brand. 2 guys behind the counter were having fun and included us as they took our order and prep 👍 The whole process was smooth and quick.... Pizzas came out quickly - hot and eye appealing. Note: pizza maker was on his game and it was noticeable, he enjoyed what he was doing 👍 Note 2: the reason for the 4 stars (Food) had more to do with me not enjoying 100% of my selection (The Jasper). The spicy chicken was off tasting. A little like small frozen nuggets (of spicy something) than real chicken pieces. However my 2 other diners loved their selections. We will be back and I will try some different ingredients, next time... Note to the Team: keep up the excellent guest interaction.... it will bring people back... Like Us 😃

Mod Pizza is amazing! I normally don't prefer thin crust but after trying their Pizza I absolutely love it. After the first bite, I automatically could tell that they use fresh ingredients on their pizza. The price is super affordable and they don't charge extra for additional toppings. Their breadsticks are delicious as well! I love Mod! 🙌

I love coming here because you can customize your pizza with however many toppings you want and it's the same price. It would cost double to customize my pizza like this anywhere else. It's basically the Chipotle of pizza places--you go down the line and tell them what you want on it as they assemble it. Good atmosphere too, open floor plan and it never gets too crowded. I like coming here after a movie at Cinemark.
I actually like Mod Pizza and consider it to be a great place to go and it’s very fast. But the fact that I went there as part of a neighborhood and citywide community service project handing out some booklets and then all we heard when my friend and I walked out, was derogatory terms being yelled about us by either a staff member or manager regarding their assumption of our nonprofit organization. This is completely unacceptable and truly shows why more people aren’t going around helping the community. Mod staff/manager could’ve declined / or if that upset about whatever they’d heard, asked us some questions and we would’ve answered, but instead looked at the booklets strange and huffed and puffed. We weren’t expecting anything other than polite conversation, we didn’t bother looking back to find out who that was specifically.

It can be frustrating when online orders aren't accurate. Hopefully, the staff will take note of this recurring issue and make sure to double-check orders, especially when there's a clear confirmation on the receipt. Maybe a gentle reminder to the staff would help prevent future mix-ups!
