Best pho in Chico. Had three other spots in town and this is by far the best. Comparable to the bigger cities like Sacramento and the Bay Area. The only negative part of their pho is the size/quantity of noodles. If you're used to other pho restaurants sizes, this place is definitely on the smaller end.
Went a few weeks back. It was a small little restaurant. We had pho and their Vietnamese sandwiches, both were delicious. One thing I didn't like were that the silverware utensils were just put out in a canister on the tables. Feels unsanitary when you don't know if other guests have touched every one prior to me putting it in my mouth. However the server was nice and she did bring us a new set from behind the counter when we asked.
The food itself is delicious, the best broth you'll get around. However, the service lacks. We've been going there since they opened, our water never gets refilled. So bring a bottle of water and you'll be fine.
