Known for its wheelchair accessible entrance and expansive entrance ramp, the location is kept clean and well-lit. Despite being the only chain business in a chain-free district, it has improved over the years. The staff is commendable for their quick and efficient service, providing proper wait time estimates even when busy. They are also recognized for their attention to detail, ensuring customers with allergies receive safe beverages. The seating is adequate but not overly spacious, and there is a large window that overlooks downtown, making it great for people watching. Starbucks offers a variety of coffee options, with most drinks tasting as expected. It is considered one of the better locations in town and is especially popular during the Thursday Night Market.
