Just as others have expressed I attempted to use an online coupon in the Drive-Thru and I guess I spoke at the wrong time because I was berated ,threatened and insulted for absolutely no reason specifically by the manager and her flock of screaming High School aged Employees that literally surrounded my car. That person should not be the manager if they're going to be so aggressive to their customers and cultivate that type of work environment for their employees. I actually considered calling the police because I felt so violated I would never recommend anyone to go to this restaurant it is a horrible experience run by horrible people. Also Im sending this message directly to whoever is replying on Popeyes side of all these reviews. You're blanket reply statement is not going to help the situation whatsoever and it is a joke that you would even reply in such an overtly lazy way it really just underlines how poorly this location is being managed. Wake up and get a different manager or start treating your customers better it's really not that difficult. I also work in customer service.

I wanted to try the Blackened Chicken wrap. They had no lettuce and I was ok with that. The flavor ok. But I absolutely would call it a wrap. More like tiny chicken breast burrito my 10 y.o. nephew could microwave. That came to mind while I was waiting for my burrito. Plus its drenched in sauce. Overall horrible experience.

I went there yesterday and the young cashier guy, the really handsome one, well he took my order and was really patient with me and I was patient with him and everything went well. Great service!!!

I quite love this Popeyes and indulge probably a bit more than I should!
Pretty gross place, probably by far one of the most run down places I’ve eaten at
The food was perfectly fine honestly. But what was gross was the floors, tables, at my time of going the trash cans were not accessible
The bathrooms were horrible the sinks didn’t work
And the soda dispenser sprayed everywhere and got me all sticky, clearly broken and they did not bother to warn me about it, so I just got water, didn’t really mind getting sprayed by that
Don’t bother getting a combo just get a water cup and add fries unless you really want soda and don’t mind getting sprayed by syrup
Maybe because our community lacks spicy options - I’ve given this place more attempts at getting things right then I should have but service sucks, food sucks, atmosphere and cleanliness all are subpar. I used the word suck because it’s a more commonly understood word. I’m prepared to make clear to the community that this is not a place to spend your money.
I initially ordered a surf and turf - we don’t have it - the special ended today;
Then I ordered boneless wings and a biscuit and they got it wrong. That’s ok. I went back in and the manager walks out to tell me, we could hardly hear you, and then that I should have confirmed the selection on the screen.
Which one was it - I spoke too softly - your microphones are bad, or you just got it wrong.
How about we got it wrong and here you go…
