I wanted to take a minute to say how absolutely impressed I was with Shawna, the general manager at the Chico Popeyes. As I was eating in the lobby, I was in awe witnessing her handle 20 things simultaneously while training at least three employees and still offering amazing customer service! Shawna just know that you're amazing leadership, customer service, upbeat attitude and and hard work we're definitely noticed and appreciated today!

Employees act like they are on break. I ordered inside and when I finally got my order some lady walked up and dropped an extra item in my bag, the lady at the register asked if I ordered it and I said no and she took it out with no gloves and later served it to another customer. That's cross contamination you should not be serving food twice and then handling money and food with no gloves. She reassured herself to her staff. I also had diarrhea. I fear fast food.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo. What I received was (a) not a spicy chicken sandwich, (b) was missing pickles on the sandwich, (c) had the wrong side, (d) did not include a biscuit.
Pretty disappointed. 2 stars because I still ate it, but 0% of the order was correct other than the drink.

Shawna manager I spoke to day this is the SECOND TIME they get my order wrong I called to let them know because I ordered a SPICY BACON & CHEESE CHICKEN SANDWICH & they just gave me a REGULAR SPICY & I offered to take the sandwich back to have it replaced & she said “your just going to drive back for just some bacon & cheese I would not”. I said yes I will so you can get my correct my sandwich I ordered & I’ll give you back my sandwich she said no I’ll replace it with a dessert since the dessert $price is $1.80 difference for bacon and cheese when added to a spicy chicken sandwich. No, the point here is I of wanted my sandwich that I ordered, I did not order no dessert to start with. Also she was taking to me in a loud mad toned voice the whole time. Poor customer service! Great job manager, your making Louisiana look bad👏

My husband , was denied food today. He was in the drive thru and wanted to use a coupon (on phone) apparently he spoke when he shouldn’t have, so scolded him and told him he was not going to be served. Good to know ! We shall never purchase from this racist company. Shame on the manager, she was the culprit.
Popyes here in Chico, CA is a joke and just showed me how racist they are. I waited in line for 30 minutes. A black gentlemen was waiting for 45 minutes. The kitchen team was very rude and refused his order and mine. Just because he talked to me and said they been ignoring him. Winston the guy making the sandwiches got very aggressive and up in this guys face. Other folks waiting shook their heads in disbelief how we was treated. I was not with the other guy was just waiting.. I understand places get busy but there was no need for how i was treated just because another costumer talked to me. I did not even say anything to them because of the wait as i do know stores get busy. But when they refused me as well i walked out and will never go back there. I also did not press the issue because i did not want my food messed with in retaliation. messed up part is when i call corporate office it wont let me talk to anyone i get a run around and a link texted to me that wants a receipt like hello they would not even take the order.

I like Popeyes Chicken just this Popeyes in Chico is the worstest one I ever been to the Popeyes in Oroville way better and the first time I ever gotten a chicken sandwich with the bun bigger than the chicken Patty I got chicken before but it's been cold people that work here need more training making food it sucks for me to write this down but I hope something changes otherwise I might just have to drive to Oroville and get some Popeyes
