Was told bento box came wIth Cali roll then they don't give me it because wasn't lunch hour. Terriaki chicken was full of hard fat and was rubbery. So I paid $18 for a pile of lettuce and cabbage, a scoop of miso soup, some sour cabbage and cucumbers and horrible chicken. Ruined my whole day

The food was cold, soup was cold told the waitress and she asked if we wanted her to heat it up. Had to ask for drinks couple times. Not the same as it used to be. Very disappointed

Rice Bowl has been a staple in Chico for years, they recently had a management change and I'm glad to say this haven't changed, the place seems refreshed. I was the first customer today and Liz was the hostess and waitress. Liz has a wonderful personality and she's very professional as well, not just to me but to everyone she helps, she takes pride in her work, something not often seen in today's world. I hope Liz gets all the recognition she deserves, you are a shining star in an otherwise dull universe.
