Today was my first time trying this restaurant, and I have to say that everything was PERFECT! The food was exceptional, and the portions were generous; the kitchen staff were attentive and kind. Needless to say, I WILL be coming back! Five stars!
It is their grand opening today and I’ve been eyeing this place to open for while. I ordered takeout and the host was extremely kind and welcoming and told me to “take my time” which I do appreciate a lot. They have good variety and I ended up ordering their broccoli and beef entree with steamed rice and gyzoa dumplings along with a coke. This entree is flavorful and savory. Snow Man Ramen is a little gem with spectacular entrees. The spicy ramen and shrimp fried rice are addiction-worthy. The tonkatsu ramen is fantastic, with exceptional service. The noodles have a nice fresh chew, the broth is savory and umami, and the pork is very flavorful. The owner is kind and always checks up on customers. Delicious food with impeccable flavors.
This spot has plenty of seating, easy parking, and food comes out fast—sometimes in less than 10 minutes. The bowls are huge and loaded with toppings. The spicy ramen with pork belly is a steal, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat. The shrimp udon is another favorite, and the gyoza appetizer is crispy outside, juicy inside. Prices are fair, and the service is sweet and attentive. Open seven days a week, it’s a must-try for ramen lovers.
