We stopped here on a whim on our way home from Shasta and so grateful we did. Sophiya puts her heart and soul into this Pakistani cuisine.

We enjoyed the butter chicken. Mixed vegetable curry and stuffed nan (cant remember what it was called) and carrot pudding. One of the best meals we've had in a long time. So much so that we will definitely take yhe 1.5 hour drive to come again.

We're also praying she opens one in Nevada City so we can eat there all the time.

The staff and owner were so nice, and the food was amazing. What drew me to it was the interior design, it felt like a palace. Will be coming back!

The food and atmosphere were both perfect. I had delicious butter chicken and lentils with naan. The owner is so kind and friendly. She gave my 11 year old daughter a little goody bag. My daughter loved it so much she said she wants to go back with our family for her birthday dinner.

Outstanding food & genuinely kind service! Everything was amazing. We will be back (many times) in order to try more things and keep revisiting what we had: chicken tikki masala, chicken tikki curry, lamb kabob curry, butter chicken, chicken thali… and don’t sleep on the Chana Chaat appetizer! 10/10. Cannot wait to go back. Amazing.

We had a great experience at Sofi'z! Our 1st time here and it has the best atmosphere! Sofi was so amazing!! One of the sweetest woman you can meet! And the food is delicious!! Great portions!! Very beautiful inside! Will definitely come back!!

there was a small wait because i arrived shortly after they opened, but it was worth it!! the thali plates have so much food and everything was delicious. chicken was so tender, i only used a spoon and it fell off the bone. good variety on the menu for meat and vegetable options. and don’t skip the masala chai! is so delicious, especially on a cold day! i wish i could give more than 5 stars. love it.

Beautiful atmosphere filled with bursts of color and the hospitality and customer service is top tier. Every dish we tried, in our group of three, was delicious and full of all the layers of flavor.

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The owner was incredibly generous, friendly, and sweet to our younger guests. She brought them fries, coloring books, and gifted them special lip gloss and a teddy bear. The food was incredible, well priced, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere throughout the whole restaurant was simply magical with flowers and butterflies and little embellishments wherever you look. I will definitely be returning here often. Thank you, Sofi, for a magical evening!

Just went to this place for lunch. If you like Indian food and want Rich or flavor and no spice, this is your place! I had the butter chicken and the ruby chicken and they were both phenomenal. We tried something new as an appetizer and it was some kind of hollow dough ball that you stuff and dip in soup and it was so much fun. Incredible service as well! Highly recommend.

A spectacular dining experience in Chico. Owner Sofi, a former television celebrity in Pakistan, cares for the guests throughout the meal with grace and generosity. The menu is huge and varied, and dessert is a treat. Don't miss it.

It was my first time visiting this place through the too good to go service and I tried out their surprise bag. I enjoyed the experience very much. The lady was pleasant and the atmosphere was quaint. They have this special that if you purchase $18 worth you get a free dessert. I’d definitely be back to try out other foods on their menu because the food was so good.
