Might as well order 1 hour in advance. This has to be the slowest Starbucks there is. Drive thru takes 30 minutes and the other day I went inside to order and I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with at least 5 employees walking past me completely not even acknowledging me. Then waited another 20 minutes for 2 drinks. What is going on in this place?! Zero efficiency.

If I can rate this Starbucks a zero star I would. I only went here 2 times. First time I had a mobile order it took me 30-40 minutes to go through the drive thru to get my drinks. Second time my drink was made wrong and usually when I get it other locations it’s made right. Asked for a pup cup and the lady at the window gave us a weird look and said “ok”. Not welcoming at all. This place just disappoints. Don’t go here even if you’re late!!! I’m never going back to this Starbucks. ✌🏻

Went there today 11/10 and the caramel Frappuccino we got was absolutely rancid. Something was very off with it. The milk was sour or something. Didn't find this out until we got home. I tried it after the person it was for asked me if it tasted weird. It actually made me sick. I called the store to let them know something was off to maybe save other customers and the lady who answered the phone seemed to not care... just told me to come back and get a new drink.. this is the second time we've gotten off drinks at this location! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I absolutely LOVE the design inside out! The bathrooms sinks were something I’ve never seen before. The service here has been very upbeat so far. This location can get busy so I’d recommend ordering online beforehand.

Peacock Village

It can get crazy busy there and the homeless and illegal activity can be get border line aggresive there. The staff is kind even with the vagrants and the hostile illegal behavior. Way safer than the bike paths, especially before the sunrise! The staff are always great despite all these hurdles!
