My family went here for dinner and some drinks. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. Kenny the bartender was super cool and he made our experience there better. We will definitely be going there again.

I dont know what some of these reviews are talking about😂 this is my favorite place for drinks for one, the main bartender victor is my favorite in the whole county, and heather is right behind him. Ive never disliked a drink from him and i can even discribe him the flavor i want and he'll make it. The food might take a sec but i know they're understaffed and this isnt fast food. But the food is great quality every time. Best beer cheese ive ever had, my little sis always gets the french dip and i hear the blackened chicken sandwich is bomb🙏🏻 quality food, drinks and atmosphere, i love this place

Walked in for a nice breakfast. After placing my order of an omelet, I waited for over an hour. After checking in with an employee multiple times I kept getting reassured that my food was next. It wasn't even busy. I finally asked for a refund, then she rushed back and had my undercooked and sloppy breakfast. Save you're money folks. I should have gone next door to Dennys

From the beginning until check out the experience was great. Hotel has been freshly remodeled and the room was spotless. While dining in the restaurant service and the quality of food was outstanding. I would definitely would stay here again.

I always enjoy my stay at Double Tree in Chico. They are welcoming, accommodating and I really appreciate how the rooms are clean, how they do the bedding and the new design of the bathrooms with walk-in showers. The onsite restaurant is convenient especially after a long drive and food is great. Also, is easy off/on access to freeway.

We visited this place solely due to the food credit we received from the hotel. However, to our pleasant surprise, the food turned out to be exceptional. It was so impressive that we are definitely planning to return specifically for the dining experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The check in process was fast and easy, and we were able to check in at 2 pm as long as we became Hilton honors members. The TV in the room said "welcome, Stephen" when we walked in, which was a nice personal touch. Warm cookies were given out at check in, and they were the best chocolate chip cookies in all of northern California. We went to the restaurant and bar, enjoyed a pizza and a few drinks with a friendly bartender, then spent a couple hours at the pool. The staff maintained the supply of pool towels, and there were plenty of lounge chairs. My wife asked for extra cookies and coffee, and they agreed happily. Big TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, nice shower and fancy soaps, comfy bed and pillows. My only big complaint is that the rugs next to the beds are dangerously slippery. I'd find a way to either stick them to the floor, or remove them. This place was a holiday inn many years ago, and is much better now. Got a great rate on hotwire.
Okay so I was lucky to be able to use my Hilton points for the Chico State Graduation and get into this hotel in first place. Now this isn't at all a fancy hotel but you know the room was okay, the AC worked fine, the shower and bath were okay too. The room is small so 2 people are cozy in it but this is a-okay and gave us what we needed. Bonus as Gold member you get $15 credit or more points and they had a covered roof with electric car chargers for free. I was pleased to put my hybrid S-Class mercedes out of the sun and able to get a full battery charge for high quality chargers (ClipperCreek same ones I have at my house) for no charge. Overall if I had to come to Chico (doubtful) I would stay here again.

Room was great. Clean and quiet. Front desk was very helpful. They do have a full bar and breakfast is served for a price. No free breakfast. Best part is they have solar panels and many charging stations for guest cars to charge at. Chargers do not go on until 9:00 P.M.

Victor is accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Great drinks, always have good conversation with interesting people and have had some good food too! Chicken Piccata, Pizza and some yummy specials. Will definitely continue to come here!

If you need a place to stay in Chico, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t at least look at staying here. The staff at check-in were quick and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and nice and the beds are pretty comfortable as well! I ate the buffet for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. The food was hot, tasty and they had good coffee : ) The location is great and there is a Denny’s next door as well. I’d stay here again without a second thought if needed.
