Terrible. They continue to make the drive through orders and the online orders sit untouched. An online order that we were told would be ready in “5-8” minutes hadn’t even been started being made an hour later. Avoid this location as it’s also filled with unhoused individuals throughout the parking lot.

For the past few weeks I've had cravings for taco bell, frequently, and this store used to make the best food. Recently they've been forgetting things like guac on a cantina bowl and the rice has been consistently undercooked. Some rice is soft and some is hard like it never touched water.

Worst fast food experience ever in my life. I mobile ordered and waited 45 minutes while watching a female employee itch herself with gloves on then touch food with the same gloves on and an employee guy talk about his diarrhea as he returned from his break so after waiting over 45 minutes and seeing disgusting employees behavior I cancelled my order and left. I will never go to that taco bell again.

Super slow customer service. Workers can’t seem to handle the slightest increase in customer traffic. They prioritize the drivethru over the front and completely ignore customers waiting for service in the restaurant. Not very “Fast food”, unfortunately.

You prioritized the drive thru and made the people waiting for doordash orders wait for 40 - 60 minutes, this is very stupid, hire a manager who will manage the store fairly, but you have not made any arrangements despite receiving many complaints, I hope you go bankrupt.
