I’m usually a fan of this coffee shop, although today I was disappointed with the service I got. I was served the wrong size after I paid for the large. When I asked for the size I paid for the he barista filled the large cup with ice to the rim. She transferred the small drink to the large glass. Now I essentially have a watered down beverage; with no flavor. Unlike how I asked and paid.
Coffee was about like I'd usually expect but the service was pretty abrasive. Not sure why an uncut beard got a response from the batista, treated me like a homeless vagrant..... I only pulled up in a $35k truck hauling a $20k trailer.... I mightve tipped her generously if I wasn't so off put by her attitude....

All of the baristas were so friendly and even offered my puppy a dog treat! Made great coffee- chocolate espresso bean on top was a nice touch!

I'm really happy with the new owners! They own the one in Red Bluff as well and it's always busy (both sides) I loved my snowy mocha! So happy that I can stop in while in Chico! The owner was very sweet and attentive!

It has been a very long time since I have been treated so rudely at a store. The dark haired young lady who came to the window looked at me with contempt for some reason. When I told her I was there to pick up for ****** she walked away without a word. For the next ten mins she ignored me other the dirty looks when our eyes met. During this time she went about doing odd tasks as well as helping everyone else who came up. Eventually a young lady came off break and asked "who needs help?" I told her I had not been helped yet and with a comment I could not hear, the first one made the drink in 45 seconds. The 10 min wait was clearly her being as rude as she felt she could get away with. Why? All I did is smile and say who I was picking up for. Shameful example of customer service. I think I will get my coffee from Dutch Bros where they are ALWAYS polite.Shame on you human Bean for letting her treat your customers that way as I am certain I was not the first.
