I'm really happy with the new owners! They own the one in Red Bluff as well and it's always busy (both sides) I loved my snowy mocha! So happy that I can stop in while in Chico! The owner was very sweet and attentive!

I’ve noticed such great changes, since the new owners took over! Great coffee and great service! I love knowing that I can get the same great coffee and service in Chico that I get at the Human Bean in Red Bluff.

I really enjoy my drinks when I come, but what I don’t enjoy is the coin flip of will it take 3 minutes or 30 minutes to get through the line. The location is also a little tough to get into, but for a franchise it’s pretty great and not too expensive.
