The beans are amazing but when I order a coffee it never tasted like it should It says there are 4 espresso shots in the 20oz but if you order more shots they don’t put the 4 it’s supposed to come with just the add on shots but I am adding espresso shots to have more caffeine and they never actually give me the right amount and charge me every time sadly

I'm really happy with the new owners! They own the one in Red Bluff as well and it's always busy (both sides) I loved my snowy mocha! So happy that I can stop in while in Chico! The owner was very sweet and attentive!

I’ve noticed such great changes, since the new owners took over! Great coffee and great service! I love knowing that I can get the same great coffee and service in Chico that I get at the Human Bean in Red Bluff.
