Mánager by the name of Maricela is rude when addressing customers. I told her I got charged $60 on the app when I ordered my food online and she said they never got the order but on my Apple Pay it says it cleared. I showed her exactly what I ordered and she says there’s nothing they can do to help me while she’s being condescending , there was more than 1 person with the same problem as me and she told them to wait until tomorrow. But on my end it says cleared. It’s $60 like I’m not gonna reorder my food again totaling it to $120? Just for them to MAYBE give me my money back? Like make it make sense. Manager should be written up because how dare you speak to a person so condescending when all I was asking for was for help like make it make sense. Correct thing to do would be just give me the food that I already paid for.
