My wife and I are tourists from Canada, the coffee bean & tea leaf provided us with amazing service merely because we were unsatisfied with our drink. They remade our coffee, We were thankful to have stopped by. Best coffee we ever had.
Why does the staff always seem annoyed...if you don't like people don't work having to serve people. Some of the staff makes you feel like an inconvenience. The guy who made our coffee was cool, but the girl who took our order seemed so annoyed. We weren't trying to be difficult, but the Coffee Bean app always has issues.

I don't frequent Starbucks. I prefer this place more they have decaf and they have a sugar-free vanilla flavoring so I can have iced coffee. I'd like the way they make it I like the size. And they got great muffins. If you're feeling the munchies. I make a point of paint tipping in the drive-thru cuz I don't know what these poor people go through but I'd like to ease their day if I can. Put a smile on a face. It's a good thing to say it's a good thing to do. Pass it on.
