I’m a barista myself at a different coffee shop, I am blown away by the amazing customer service 2 baristas specifically have given me. I have visited this Coffee Bean on 3 different occasions and Tess & Silva are SO friendly, they answered all my questions about their new items, and they make our drinks SUPER every single time. They are the best.
I don't frequent Starbucks. I prefer this place more they have decaf and they have a sugar-free vanilla flavoring so I can have iced coffee. I'd like the way they make it I like the size. And they got great muffins. If you're feeling the munchies. I make a point of paint tipping in the drive-thru cuz I don't know what these poor people go through but I'd like to ease their day if I can. Put a smile on a face. It's a good thing to say it's a good thing to do. Pass it on.

Had such a bad experience today. This is the only coffee bean in my area, and I drove all the way over just to be completely ignored by staff. They were working on what I assumed to be a mobile order and left me waiting for over 10 minutes at the register they didn't even come over to take my order. There was no one else in line or waiting for an order. I just had to leave no point in waiting when klatch and starbucks are just down the street.

My wife and I are tourists from Canada, the coffee bean & tea leaf provided us with amazing service merely because we were unsatisfied with our drink. They remade our coffee, We were thankful to have stopped by. Best coffee we ever had.
The staff is so friendly, they make my day every time I stop by. There's another coffee bean closer to me but I choose to come here because of the great service.
I would never come here again, nothing about it was good, service was horrible not welcoming nothing, drinks were disgusting no flavor especially not for the price I paid. I got a cookie for my daughter and it was dry and hard, like it’s just been sitting there for days. It’s so disappointing, especially compared to the rest of the locations. Altogether I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Why does the staff always seem annoyed...if you don't like people don't work having to serve people. Some of the staff makes you feel like an inconvenience. The guy who made our coffee was cool, but the girl who took our order seemed so annoyed. We weren't trying to be difficult, but the Coffee Bean app always has issues.

For a reason I stopped giving business to Starbucks so decided to try coffee beans I ordered 3 large drinks they made the drinks and one of them is medium so I told them all 3 drinks I asked for large the manger came instead of apologising for a mistake the cashier made she came and charged me 50 cents difference r u that cheap really!!. I usually get ma matcha tea with 2 extra scoops of matcha at Starbucks and since the tea in the drink I order they don't charge for extra scoop at coffee beans they do I was afraid to say thank u and they charge me for that very cheap company

Coffee Beans typically have great customer service but this one time and time again has terrible customer service. No one greets you when you walk in, I stood at the register for a few minutes and the baristas didn't acknowledge me at all. Once they did acknowledge me it was just "what can I get you?" I was then told a drink that I've been getting for 15 years I can no longer get due to a "policy change" that each location decides for itself (per one of the baristas). I waited for my drink while I was talking with my mom and my baby daughter and my drink was placed on the counter without anyone saying anything so I didn't even see it. I eventually walked up to the counter and asked if that was my drink and the barista (I believe her name was Maria) didn't even look in my direction and just said "yeah." Its just really disappointing!
